Beer Muffins

4 cups Bisquick
2 Tbs sugar
1 can (12 oz) beer

Heat oven to 400º.  Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously ½ minute.  Fill hot greased muffin cups 2/3rd full.  Bake about 15 minutes.  Serve warm.  Makes 16-18 muffins.
