Sour Cream Cookies II

1 cup butter                                                  
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/3 cups sugar                                           
1 tsp lemon
3 eggs                                                            
1 tsp orange
3-1/2 cups flour                                              
1 cup sour cream
3-1/2 tsp baking powder                               
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt                                                        
1 cup walnuts
½ tsp nutmeg
 
Mix sour cream and soda in separate bowl.  Add ingredients as listed.  The dough is sticky; dish out with a spoon.  Bake 350º for 10 minutes.  Roll in confectioner’s sugar.
