Impossible Lasagna Pie

½ cup cottage cheese                                    
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 pound ground beef                                     
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese                
½ cup Bisquick
½ tsp salt                                                         
2 eggs
½ tsp oregano
 
Spread cottage cheese in greased 9” pie plate.  Cook ground beef; drain.  Stir in ½ cup mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano and tomato paste; spoon over cottage cheese.  Stir milk, baking mix and eggs with fork until well blended.  Pour into plate.  Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Bake 1-2 minutes or until melted.  Serves 8.
