1 egg
1 Tbs flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs milk
1 Tbs parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients together and beat with electric mixer. Pour into a well greased pan and bake at 325º until lightly browned. Cut into crouton-size pieces and drop into clear, seasoned chicken broth.
Mom says: “Batter will be thin and should be spread thin in baking dish.”
