Pumpkin Loaves

3 cups flour                                                    
1 can pumpkin
1 Tbs and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice                 
4 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda                                           
1 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 tsp salt                                                  
½ cup orange juice or water 
3 cups sugar                                                   
1 cup dried, fresh or frozen cranberries

Combine flour, spice, soda and salt in large bowl.  Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and juice in small mixer bowl; beat until blended.  Add together and mix until moistened.  Add cranberries.  Spoon into five greased and floured 5”x3” loaf pans.  Bake at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes.  Cool in pans 10 minutes.
