Scrapelle

12 eggs
3 cups flour
3 cups water
 
Beat eggs then let rest.  Make sure pans are hot.  Grease, fry till brown, sprinkle with pepper and grated parmesan cheese.  If dough thickens, add ½ cup water.
 
For extra:
1 egg
¼ cup water
¼ cup flour
 
Makes 48 small crepes.
