Caramel Seven Minute Icing

1 egg white
1-1/4 cup brown sugar
¼ cup cold water
1/8 tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
 
Put sugar, water, salt and egg white in top of double boiler following directions for regular seven minute icing.
