Raisin Sauce

½ cup brown sugar                                          
¼ tsp dry mustard
2 Tbs cornstarch                                               
1 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs lemon juice                                            
¼ tsp grated lemon peel
1-1/2 cups water                                              
½ cup raisins
 
Mix brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch.  Slowly add vinegar.  Add lemon juice, peel, water and raisins.  Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.  Makes 2 cups.
