Hot Fruit Casserole

1 large can peach halves
1 large can pear halves
1 regular can pineapple tidbits
1 jar red apple rings, drained
½ stick butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 Tbs corn starch
½ cup dry sherry
1-1/2 cup liquid (from peaches and pears)
 
Cut fruit in 1” pieces.  Mix all ingredients but fruit.  Cook until thick.  Pour over cut up fruit.  Bake until hot.
