Chocolate Chip Cookies (Beth's)

2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup Crisco
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 cups chocolate chips
 
Beat butter, Crisco, sugars and vanilla very well.  Combine remaining ingredients.  Bake at 350º for 12-13 minutes.
