"Philly" Chocolate Frosting

Blend 1 Tbs milk and 3 oz cream cheese.  Gradually blend in 2-1/2 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar.  Add 1 square unsweetened chocolate (melted and slightly cooled), 1 tsp vanilla, dash of salt and mix again.
