Pound Cake (Coconut)

1 cup butter                                                     
¼ tsp salt
3 cups sugar                                                    
8 oz sour cream
6 eggs                                                             
1 cup frozen coconut, thawed
3 cups flour                                                    
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp baking soda                                          
1 tsp coconut flavoring

Bake in a greased and floured 10” tube pan at 350º for 1 hour.  Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
