Pound Cake (Chocolate)

½ cup shortening                                            
1 cup margarine                                               
3 cups sugar                                                      
5 eggs                                                               
3 cups flour                                                      
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1-1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

GLAZE:
2-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 tsp cocoa
¼ cup margarine
3-4 Tbs milk

Cream shortening and margarine, add sugar, add eggs one at time.  Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa and add to creamed mixture alternating with milk.  Stir in vanilla.  Pour in greased and floured tube pan.  Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
