Cheesecake (Ninny Bee's)

CRUST:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed vanilla wafers
5 Tbs melted margarine
1-2 Tbs sugar
 
CAKE:
2-8oz packages cream cheese                       
1 cup sugar                                                    
3 eggs                                                            
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pint sour cream

Mix together crust ingredients and press firmly into 8” or 9” spring form pan.  Cream cheese; add sugar.  Add eggs one at a time.  Add lemon and vanilla then sour cream.  Bake at 375º for 30 minutes; let sit in oven with the heat off for one hour.
