Cheesecake (Grandmom Colangelo)

DOUGH:                                                       
2 cups flour                                                   
2 eggs                                                            
¼ pound butter                                              
6 Tbs sugar                                                    
1 tsp baking powder                                       
                                                                      
FILLING:        
1 quart milk
juice of one lemon
2 tsp vanilla        
2 Tbs flour    
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 pound cream cheese                                                

Sprinkle cinnamon on top.  Use drained, crushed pineapple, cherry pie filling or blueberry pie filling for topping.  Bake at 350º for 1 hour.  Pierce with knife to test for doneness.
