Orange Sauce

1/3 cups sugar                                                   
2 Tbs cornstarch
¼ tsp salt                                                            
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 cup orange juice                                             
2 Tbs grated orange peel
 
Cook over low heat until thick and clear.  Add 2 Tbs butter.  Serve warm.  Makes 1-1/2 cup.
