Blueberry Gems

2 cups self-rising flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup salad oil
½ cup milk
1 cup blueberries

Combine flour and sugar in large bowl, set aside.  Combine eggs, vanilla, oil and milk.  Make a well in the center of dry ingredients; pour in liquid and stir until well mixed.  Fold in blueberries; stir 1 minute.  Spoon batter into muffin tins filling about ½ full.  Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.  Makes 24 muffins.
