1-1/4 cup sugar
½ tsp almond
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups sour cream
16 oz low-fat cream cheese
½ tsp salt
CRUST:
1-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
½ tsp cinnamon
¼cup finely chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients except sour cream. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream, pour into 9-1/2” spring form pan lined with graham cracker crust. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or more until set. Cool and chill well (3 hours). Cover with whipped cream and fruit if desired.
