2 packages frozen broccoli
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 tsp curry powder
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Parboil chicken for 20 minutes and remove skin and bones. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Steam broccoli just long enough to separate. Mix together mayonnaise, soup, curry powder, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Arrange broccoli on bottom of pan. Top with chicken and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese, Italian bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
