Fried Chicken- Aunt Margaret's

3-1/2 cups ice water
12 pieces of chicken
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup dried Italian breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
1 Tbs Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp creole seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
dash cayenne
½ tsp each dried thyme, basil and oregano
 
Preheat oven to 400ยบ.  Coat baking sheet with Pam.  Put chicken in ice water.  Toss all breading ingredients in large plastic bag.  Take 2 pieces of chicken at a time.  Roll in yogurt.  Put in bag and shake.  Repeat.  Spray chicken with Pam.  Place on baking sheet on bottom shelf of oven.  Bake one hour, turning every 20 minutes.
