Tangy Beef Marinade


¾ cup vegetable oil                                                   
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp dry minced onion                                              
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp dry mustard                                                       
1 tsp powdered horseradish
1 tsp pepper                                                                
1/8th tsp garlic powder
