Beef BBQ

3 Tbs liquid smoke
3-4 pounds beef brisket (boned and trimmed)
celery salt
garlic salt
onion salt
pepper
3 Tbs worcheshire sauce
1 6 oz bottle barbeque sauce
 
Pour liquid smoke over beef.  Generously sprinkle both sides of meat with salts and marinate overnight.  Sprinkle with worcheshire and pepper.  Cover with foil and bake at 325ยบ for five hours.  Pour barbeque sauce over meat and bake uncovered for one hour.  Slice thin.  Serves 8.
